Claim SIL by EH, etc. against Export of quality Products Form of Appln. Changed Public Notice No. 66(RE-97), Dated 16/1/1998 In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997 - 2002, as notified in the Gazette of India extraordinary, Part - II Section 3 - sub section (ii) vide S.O. No. 283(E) dated 31.3.97, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes following amendment in the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1) 1997 - 2002; 1. In Appendix 20D, the Note appearing after S. No. (iii) (b) under the heading CERTIFICATE OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT.....' shall be deleted. 2. In Appendix 20D the words and expression If any of the documents or record mentioned in item (ii) of the certificate .....' appearing after the entry at S. No. (viii) of the heading 'CERTIFICATE OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT ........'shall be amended to read as if any of the document s of record mentioned in item (iii) of the certificate.......' 3. In Appendix 20E, the paragraph at S.No. (ii) under the heading 'CERTIFICATE OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT .....' shall be deleted. 4. In appendix 20E, the S.No. (iii) (b) and the 'Note appearing after S. No. (iii) (b) under the heading 'CERTIFICATE OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT .... 'shall be deleted. 5. In Appendix 20E, The words and expression 'If any of the documents or record mentioned in item (ii) of the certificate ....' appearing after the entry at S. No. (viii) of the heading 'CERTIFICTE OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT ......' shall be amended to read as 'If any of the documents or record mentioned in item (iii) of the certificate....'
