No. 7(105)/Policy-I/VAT/2007/1013-1020 Dated : 22.11.2013 ORDER In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(2) of section 67 , section 68 and section 106 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 3 of 2005) read with sub-section (2) of section 9 of the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 (Central Act 74 of 1956) , I, Prashant Goyal, Commissioner, Value Added Tax, do hereby direct that henceforth, Sh. Ashok Kumar Yadav, Assistant Commissioner-cum-Value Added Tax Officer, Ward-64, in addition to the existing dealers, shall exercise jurisdiction over M/s Jain Departmental Store, TIN-07800213820 for all purposes for the financial years 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11, 2011-12 and 2012-13. Consequent upon the above re-organization, the existing Assessing Authorities, exercising jurisdiction over the said dealer, shall cease to have jurisdiction over aforesaid dealer for all purposes for the financial years 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11, 2011-12 and 2012-13. The existing Assessing Authority exercising jurisdiction over aforesaid dealer, shall forward the files of the said dealer, with records for the above said period, to the Assistant Commissioner, Ward-64 within three days from the date of issue of this order.
