Extension of last date for filing GST Returns. - GST - States - Trade Notice No. 07/2017-18

In continuation to Trade Notice 06/2017-18 dated 05.09.2017 issued under even no. 9944-64, it is brought to the notice of all the members of Trade/Industry/Trade Associations/Chambers of Commerce and Industry/RAC and all others concerned that the due dates for filing of GST Returns for the month of July 2017 and August 2017 have been further extended. The last dates for filing of GST Returns for the above mentioned months are as follow: Sl. No. Details / Return Tax Period Revised due date 1 GSTR-1 July, 2017 10-Oct-17 For registered persons with aggregate turnover of more than Rs. 100 crores, the due date shall be 3rd October 2017 2 GSTR-2 July, 2017 31-Oct-17 3 GSTR-3 July, 2017 10-Nov-17 The due dates for filing GST Returns for the month of August, 2017 shall be subsequently notified.
