Attention is invited to Board s Circular No. 4/2008-Custom dated 12.02.2008 issued from F.No. 467/34/2006-Cus. V. The Board has issued guideline related to valuation of Second hand machinery other goods. As per Para 8 (CE) of the said circular, each Custom House may consider issuing Public Notices giving names addresses of Charted Engineers whom the trade can contact for issuance of CE Certificate. 2. Accordingly application from all the interested Charted Engineer / Inspection and Certification Agencies are invited for empanelment for valuation / Examination of Second hand ( Old and Used) machine imported at Kutchch Commissionerate as per the CBEC Circular No. 4/2008-Custom dated 12.02.2008. The applicants who are interested may apply on above mention address along with copy of Certificate issued to them by the Govt. approved / Authorized Institutes of Charted Engineer / Institution of Valuers.
