Public Notice No. -11/2017 Sub: Additional/ Joint/ Deputy /Assistant Commissioners/ Chief Accounts Officers designated as the Appellate Authority Central Public Information Officer (CPIO) with their respective charges consequent to Establishment order Nos. 30/2017 dated 21.02.2017 , 34/2017 dated 27.02.2017 39/2017 dated 14.03.2017 in the grade of Additional/ Joint/ Deputy /Assistant Commissioners of Customs of Airport Administration Commissionerate, a partial modification of the Public Notice. No. 05/2017 dated 20.01.2017 is made. Accordingly, Additional/ Joint/ Deputy /Assistant Commissioners/ Chief Accounts Officers mentioned in column 5 column 2 of the enclosed table are designated in terms of the 5(1) of the RTI Act, 2005 as the Appellate Authority Central Public Information Officer (CPIO) with their respective charges mentioned against their names. However, if any person, being aggrieved with the Central Public Information Officer (CPIO) desires to prefer an appeal, he / she may file his/her application to their respective Appellate Authority under the jurisdiction of Commissioner of Customs (Airport Administration), in terms of the Section 19(1) (2) of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
