Ltd. under Section -45 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and under HCCAR 2009. Attention of all Importers/ Exporters/ Customs Brokers and the Members of the Trade is drawn to Notification No. 02/2017 - Customs (NT) dated 15.09.2017, regarding appointment of M/S APM Terminals India Pvt. Ltd., Village - Bhambholi, Taluka - Khed, Dist - Pune as Custodian under Section-45 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and under the provisions of Handling of Cargo in Customs Area Regulations, 2009. The said notifications are pertaining to appointment of MIS APM Terminals Pvt. Ltd, located in the revenue area of Village - Bhambholi, Taluka Khed, District - Pune, Maharashtra as 'Custodian' for the purpose of unloading of imported cargo and loading of export cargo brought at the said premises till they are either cleared for home consumption or exported or warehoused or transhipped in accordance with the provisions of the said Act. 2.
