In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2023, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes amendment in the list of Ministries/Departments whose notifications on mandatory QCOs, that are exempted by the DGFT for goods to be utilised/consumed in manufacture of export products. Accordingly, list of Ministries/Departments is updated in supersession of Public Notice No. 47/2023 dated 07.03.2024 . The updated Appendix 2Y is reproduced herewith : Appendix -2Y (Refer Para 2.03(c) of FTP) The list of Ministries/Departments whose notifications on mandatory QCOs, that are exempted by the DGFT' for goods to be utilised/consumed in manufacture of export products.
