Dated 20 September, 2019 OFFICE ORDER Subject : Setting up of NeAC as per E-assessment Scheme, 2019 In pursuance of para 4 of the E-assessment Scheme, 2019 made by the Central Government vide Notification No.61 of 2019 dated 12th September, 2019, the Central Board of Direct Taxes hereby sets up National e-Assessment Centre (NeAC), which shall have its headquarters at Delhi and shall comprise of the following Income-tax authorities :- (i) Principal Chief Commissioner of Income-tax (NeAC), Delhi (ii) Commissioner of Income-tax (NeAC), Delhi (iii) Additional / Joint Commissioner of Income-tax (NeAC), Delhi - 1 (iv) Additional / Joint Commissioner of Income-tax (NeAC), Delhi - 2 (v) Deputy / Assistant Commissioner of Income-tax ( NeAC), Delhi - 1 (vi) Deputy / Assistant Commissioner of Income-tax( NeAC), Delhi - 2 (vii) Deputy / Assistant Commissioner of Income-tax ( NeAC), Delhi - 3 (viii) Deputy / Assistant Commissioner of Income-tax ( NeAC), Delhi - 4 (ix) Income Tax Officer (NeAC), Delhi - 1 2 NeAC will have such other ministerial staff, executive or consultant, as considered necessary, which will be provided by the Principal CCIT (CCA), Delhi in consultation with the Board.
