Phrase As is where is means- The phrase, as is-where-is , has been explained by this Court in Punjab Urban Planning Development Authority Ors. v. Raghu Nath Gupta Ors., (2012) 8 SCC 197 , holding as under: We notice that the respondents had accepted the commercial plots with open eyes, subject to the abovementioned conditions. Evidently, the commercial plots were allotted on as-is-where-is basis .
