Amendments in the NOTIFICATION NO. 58/2003-CE(N.T.), Dt. 22/07/2003 (Extend the date for insertion and omission) NOTIFICATION NO. 09/2004-CE(N.T.) DATED 30/04/2004 G.S.R 297(E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (i) and (ii) of section 133 of the Finance Act, 2002 (20 of 2002), the Central Government hereby further amends the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 58/2003-CENTRAL EXCISE (N.T.), dated the 22nd July, 2003, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (i) vide G.S.R 560 (E) dated the 22nd July, 2003, namely:- In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words " 1st day of May, 2004", the figures, letters and words " 11th day of May,2004 " shall be substituted. No. 314/24/2001-FTT ) Note : The principal notification No. 58/2003-CENTRAL EXCISE (N.T.), dated the 22nd July, 2003 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (i) vide G.S.R 560 (E) dated the 22nd July, 2003 and was last amended by notification No. 8/2004-CENTRAL EXCISE (N.T.), dated the 31st March, 2004 [G.S.R243 (E), dated the 31st March, 2004].
