Central Government approves the Industrial Development Bank of India established under the Industrial Development Bank of India Act, 1964 (18 of 1964) u/s 80L(1)(via) NOTIFICATION NO. G.S.R.86(E) DATED 29-2-1984 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (via) of sub-section (1) of section 80L of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby approves the Industrial Development Bank of India established under the Industrial Development Bank of India Act, 1964 (18 of 1964), for the purposes of the said clause. 2.
