Central Government constitutes the appropriate authorities, each consisting of three persons u/s 269UB - S.O.684(E) - Income Tax

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) CENTRAL BOARD OF DIRECT TAXES New Delhi, the 24 th September, 1986 S.O.684(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 269UB of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby constitutes the appropriate authorities specified in column (1) of the Table below, each consisting of three persons mentioned in the corresponding entries in column (2) of the said Table, to perform the functions of the appropriate authorities under Chapter XXC of the said Act, within the local limits specified in the corresponding entries in column (3) of the said Table.
