S.O.4094 DATED 30-10-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (17) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies Constituency Allowance of Rupees twelve hundred and fifty per month received by the Members of Parliament under the Members of Parliament (Constituency Allowance) Rules, 1986, for the purposes of the said clause. 2.
