Notifies " Wadia Fire Temple (Wadiaji Atash Behram) Bombay " u/s 80G NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.1115 DATED 23-3-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( b ) of sub-section (2) of section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies " Wadia Fire Temple (Wadiaji Atash Behram) Bombay " to be a place of public worship of renown throughout the State of Maharashtra for the purpose of the said sub-section [No. 7199 (F.
