Central Government specifies the 3--year Industrial Development Bank of India Capital Bonds issued by the Industrial Development Bank of India u/s 54E NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.847 DATED 13-4-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( d ) of Explanation 1 to sub-section (1) of section 54E of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies the 3--year Industrial Development Bank of India Capital Bonds issued by the Industrial Development Bank of India, for the purposes of the said clause.
