Notifies "Shri Malladi Satyalingam Naicker Charities, Kakinada " u/s 10(23C)(v) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.3526 DATED 13-10-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( v ) of sub-section (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies " Shri Malladi Satyalingam Naicker Charities, Kakinada " for the purpose of the said clause for the assessment years 1985-86 to 1988-90.
