Notifies "Shri Datta Sansthan, Balakundri" u/s 10(23C)(v) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.344 DATED 30-11-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause ( v ) of clause (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies " Shri Datta Sansthan, Balakundri " for the purpose of the said sub-clause for the assessment years 1986-87 to 1988-89.
