Notifies "Baba Kali Kamliwala Panchayat Kshetra" u/s 10(23C)(v) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.345 DATED 11-12-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause ( v ) of clause (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies " Baba Kali Kamliwala Panchayat Kshetra " for the purpose of the said sub-clause for the assessment year 1989-90.
