Quay notified as a place for unloading of imported goods and for loading of export goods - 07/2015 - Customs -Tariff

Commissioner of Customs (General), JNCH, Nhava Sheva Notification No. 7/2015 Dated 04/03/2015 In exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 8(a) of the Customs Act, 1962 , I, S.H. Hasan, Commissioner of Customs (General), Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House, Nhava Sheva, hereby notify the area of Quay as described in the schedule-I below, built by M/s. Nhava Sheva (India) Gateway Terminal Private Limited as a place for unloading of imported goods and for loading of export goods subject to the strict observance of the Provisions of the Customs Act, 1962 and other instructions issued in this behalf by the Government of India or Commissioner of Customs, Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House, from time to time. Further, under Section 10 of the Customs Act, 1962 , I, S.H. Hasan, Commissioner of Customs (General) hereby specify the area described in Schedule-I below as the Boarding Station for purpose of boarding of, or disembarkation from, vessels by officers customs. Further, under Section 8(b) of the Customs Act, 1962 , I, S.H. Hasan, Commissioner of Customs (General) hereby specify the limits of the Customs Area located in Jawaharlal Nehru Port at Tal-Uran, Distt.-Raigad., Maharashtra, admeasuring aprox. 22536 SQM, as under : Schedule -I Area inside the points A-B-L-W-T-X-Y-U-V in the map attached [map not printed] to this notification having co-ordinates as follows.
