U/s 35AC - Notifies the various institutions Approved by the National Committee - S.O. 578 (E) - Income Tax

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) CENTRAL BOARD OF DIRECT TAXES NOTIFICATION No. 9060 New Delhi, the 31 st July, 1992 S.O. 578 (E)- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), read with clause (b) of the Explanation to section 35AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government, on the recommendation of the National Committee, hereby approves the institutions specified in column (2) of the Table below and specifies the eligible projects and schemes and the estimated cost thereof as mentioned in columns (3) and (4) respectively of the said Table.
