Amendments in Notification No. S.O. 214 (E) dated 29th March, 1993 - S.O. 604(E) - Income Tax

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) Central Board of Direct Taxes NOTIFICATION NO. 9349 New Delhi, the 12 th August, 1993 S.O. 604(E)- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clause (b) of the Explanation to Section 35AC of the Income -tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government on the recommeadations of the National Committee, hereby amends notification No. S.O. 214 (E) dated 29 th March, 1993 as follows, namely : - In the table to the said notification, against Serial Number 3 in respect of institution Bhoruka Charitable Trust 1, Prabhudayal Marg, Sanganer Airport, Jaipur-11 under column 3 for item (ii), the following item shall be substituted, namely : - (ii) Repair and Maintenance of school, Churu District of Rajasthan to the extent of Rs. 10.50 lakhs [F.
