Central Government appoints the 27th day of June, 2016, as the date on which the provisions of Part I of Chapter XII of Finance Act 2016 shall come into force - S.O. 2214(E) - Income Tax

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th June, 2016 S.O. 2214(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 219 of the Finance Act, 2016 (28 of 2016), the Central Government hereby appoints the 27th day of June, 2016, as the date on which the provisions of Part I of Chapter XII of the said Act shall come into force.
