Bringing into force of certain provisions of the Tamil Nadu Act 19 of 2017 - Notifications. - G.O.(Ms.) No. 060 - Tamil Nadu SGSTExtract COMMERCIAL TAXES AND REGISTRATION (B1) DEPARTMENT G.O.(Ms.) No. 60 Dated: 29.6.2017 Aani -15, Thiruvalluvar Aandu, 2048 NOTIFICATION No. II(2)/CTR/532(d-2)/2017.-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tamil Nadu Act 19 of 2017) , the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the 1st day of July, 2017, as the date on which the provisions of sections 6 to 9, 11 to 21, 31 to 41, 42 except the proviso to sub-section (9) of section 42 , 43 except the proviso to sub-section (9) of section 43 , 44 to 50, 53 to 138, 140 to 145, 147 to 163, 165 to 174 of the said Act , shall come into force.
