Appoints the certain Sections. - G.O.(Ms.) No. 055-I - Tamil Nadu SGSTExtract COMMERCIAL TAXES AND REGISTRATION (B1) DEPARTMENT G.O.(Ms.) No. 55 Dated: 28.06.2017 Aani-14 Thiruvalluvar Aandu, 2048 NOTIFICATION - I. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section I of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tamil Nadu Act 19 of 2017) , the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the 28 th day of June, 2017, as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 10 , 22 , 23 , 24 , 25 , 26 , 27 , 28 , 29 , 30 , 139 , 146 and 164 of the said Act shall come into force.
