APPOINTMENT OF CLASSES OF OFFICERS. - G.O. Ms. No. 082 - Tamil Nadu SGSTExtract NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT COMMERCIAL TAXES AND REGISTRATION DEPARTMENT [G.O. Ms. No. 82, Commercial Taxes and Registration (B1), 14th July 2017, Aani 30, Hevilambi, Thiruvalluvar Aandu-2048.] No. II(2)/CTR/562(b)/2017.- In exercise Of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tamil Nadu Act 19 of 2017) , the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the following classes of officers for the purposes of the said Tamil Nadu Act 19 of 2017, namely:- (a) Commissioner of State Tax, (b) Additional Commissioners of State Tax, (c) Joint Commissioners of State Tax, (d) Deputy Commissioners of State Tax, (e) Assistant Commissioners of State Tax, (f) State Tax Officers, (g) Deputy State Tax Officers. 2.
