Thiruvalluvar Aandu-2048 Order No. 01/2017-SGST No. 1/order/SGST-2017 Re 085/2016 Taxation A1 Subject: Extension of time limit for filing intimation for composition levy under sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 3(1) of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Rules. 2017, the Commissioner of State Tax, Tamil Nadu hereby extends the period for filing intimation in FORM GST CMP-01 under sub-rule (1) of rule (3) of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Rules, 201 7 upto 16th August, 2017.
