CHENNAI, THURSDAY, JULY, 12 2017 Aani 28, Hevilambi, Thiruvalluvar Aandu-2048 No. 03-Re 085/2017 Taxation A1 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 19 of 2017) , the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes notifies that the territorial jurisdiction of Circles, Zones, CT Districts, Territorial Divisions, Large Taxpayers Unit, Enforcement Wings including Central Enforcement Wings, Enforcement Groups, Roving Squads, Business Intelligence Unit, Divisional Business Intelligence Units, Inter-State Investigation Cell and officers appointed and functioning under the Tamil Nadu value Added Tax Act, 2006 (Act No.32 of 2006) shall respectively be deemed to be the same under the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 19 of 2017) .
