Dated, Howrah, the 13th day of October, 2017 Notification No. 38/2017-State Tax In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 23 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (West Ben. XXVIII of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased hereby to make the following amendments in this Department Notification No. 1642-F.T. dated the 15th September, 2017:- Amendments In the said notification, in the Table - (i) for serial number 9 in column (1), and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- 9. Textile (handloom products), Handmade shawls, stoles and scarves Including 50, 58, 61, 62, 63 ; (ii) after serial number 28 in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3), the following serial numbers in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3) shall be inserted, namely:- 29.
