Notifies the Zarthoshti Anjuman Atash Beheram Fund, Bombay u/s 80G(2)(b) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.1804 ( E ) DATED 9-7-1993 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( b ) of sub-section (2) of section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies the Zarthoshti Anjuman Atash Beheram Fund, Bombay, to be a place of public worship or renown throughout the State of Maharashtra for the purposes of the said clause.
