Central Government specifies 50,00,000 unsecured, Redeemable Subordinated Floating Interest Rate Bonds u/s 80L NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.33 ( E ) DATED 9-1-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( ii ) of sub-section (1) of section 80L of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies 50,00,000 unsecured, Redeemable Subordinated Floating Interest Rate Bonds (over-subscription) in the nature of Promissory notes of face value of rupees 1,000 each issued by the State Bank of India for the purpose of the said clause.
