GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAX DIVISION) NOTIFICATION Jaipur, dated: July 26, 2018 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 7 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in this department's notification number F.12(56)FD/Tax/2017-Pt-I-52 dated the June, 2017, with effect from 27 th July, 2018, namely:- AMENDMENTS In the said notification,- (i) after the existing expression State Government and before the existing expression nor any local authority , the expression or Union territory shall be inserted; and (ii) for the existing expression article 243G of the Constitution , the expression Article 2430 of the Constitution or to a-Municipality under Article 243 W of the Constitution shall be substituted.
