MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) (Capital Market Division) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 11th July, 2013 S.O. 2130(E).- In exercise of powers conferred by Section 15L read with Sections 15M(1) and 15N of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992) , the Central Government hereby appoints Justice Shri Jaiprakash P. Devadhar, former Justice of the Mumbai High Court as Presiding Officer of the Securities Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai for a period of five (5) years with effect from the date on which he enters upon his office or until he attains the age of sixty eight (68) years, whichever is earlier.
