MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) (CAPITAL MARKET DIVISION) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 20th February, 2013 S.O. 417(E).- In exercise of the power conferred by Section 15L read with Section 15N of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Jog Singh as Member of the Securities Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai for a period of five years with effect from the forenoon of 20-2-2013 or till he attains age of sixty two (62) years, whichever is earlier.
