No. 5/70/CM/2004-S.O.1048(E). - SEBIExtract MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) (CAPITAL MARKET DIVISION) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 11th July, 2006 S.O.1048(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), read with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Terms and Conditions of Services of Chairman and Members) Rules, 1992, the Central Government hereby approves the continuation of Shri G. Anantharaman as Whole Time Member of the Securities and Exchange Board of India w.e.f. 1-9-2006 to 14-12-2007 or till he attains the age of 65 years of age or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
