MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) (CAPITAL MARKET DIVISION) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 20th May, 2005 G.S.R. 328(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 15L read with 15N of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri R.N. Bhardwaj, Chairman, LIC, as Member of Securities Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai, for a period till he attains the age of sixty two (62) years or until further orders whichever is earlier. [F.
