MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) (Capital Market Division) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 4th January, 2005 S.O. 8(E).- In accordance with the provisions of Sub-section 2 of Section 5 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992) read with the powers conferred to the Central Government under Rule 19 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Terms and Conditions of Services of Chairman and Members) Rules, 1992, the Central Government hereby accepts the Resignation of Shri A.K.
