MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) (CAPITAL MARKET DIVISION) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 14th December, 2004 S.O. 1371(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (l) of Section 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India, 1992 (15 of 1992), read with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Terms and Conditions of Services of Chairman and Members) Rules, 1992, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Madhukar as whole time Member of the Securities and Exchange Board of India under clause (d) of that sub-section.
