Central Government appoints Dr. L.C. Gupta, Director, The Society for Capital Market Research and Development, New Delhi as a part-time Member of the Securities and Exchange Board of India - F. No. 20(26)CM/93-S.O. 154(E) - SEBIExtract MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 7th February, 1994 S.O. 154(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992),read with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairman and Members) Rules, 1992 the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. L.C. Gupta, Director, The Society for Capital Market Research and Development, New Delhi as a part-time Member of the Securities and Exchange Board of India under clause (d) of that sub-section.
