Notified the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi u/s 10(10C)(viii) NOTIFICATION NO. S. O. 114 ( E ) DATED 16-2-1999 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause ( viii ) of clause (10C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi, registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (21 of 1860), as an Institute of Management for the purpose of the said clause.
