Seeks to amend Notification No. 24/ST-2, dated the 25th January, 2018 - 90/GST-2 - Haryana SGST

HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 1st October, 2019 No. 90/GST-2.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.24/ST-2, dated the 25th January, 2018, namely:- Amendment In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 24/ST-2, dated the 25th January, 2018, - After paragraph 1, the following explanation shall be added at the end, namely: - Explanation- Nothing contained in this notification shall apply with respect to the development rights supplied on or after 1st April, 2019. . 2.
