Seeks to amend Notification No. 49/GST-2, dated the 31st March, 2019 - 91/GST-2 - Haryana SGST

HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 1st October, 2019 No.91/GST-2.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 9 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 49/GST-2, dated the 31st March, 2019, namely:- Amendment In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.49/GST-2, dated the 31st March, 2019, in the Table, against serial number 2, under column (2), for the existing entry the following entry shall be substituted, namely: - Cement falling in chapter heading 2523 in the first schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (Central Act 51 of 1975). . 2.
