Commercial Tax Department Mantralya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal Bhopal, the 22nd November 2019 No. F A 3-39/2019/1/V (84) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the State Government hereby appoints the 24 th day of September, 2019, as the date on which the provisions of rules 10, 11, 12 and 26 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2019 [ this department notification No. F A 3-29/2019/1/V (60) dated 7th August, 2019], shall come into force.
