GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAX DIVISION) NOTIFICATION Jaipur, dated: December 31,2019 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019 (Ordinance No.5 of 2019), the State Government hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 21, except section 2, section 7, section 10 and sections 13 to 20 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019, shall come into force.
