NOTIFICATION Notification No. 56/2020-State Tax MAHARASHTRA GOODS AND SEVICES TAX ACT, 2017. No. GST. 1020/C.R.69A/ Taxation-1.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168A of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Mah. XLIII of 2017), the Government of Maharashtra, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the Government Notification of the Finance Department No. GST- 1020/C.R.61 /Taxation-1. [Notification No. 46/2020- State Tax], dated the 22nd June, 2020, published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part-IV-B, Extra-ordinary No. 131, dated the 22nd June, 2020, namely:- In the said notification, in the first paragraph,- (i) for the words, figures and letters 29th day of June, 2020 , the words, figures and letters 30th day of August, 2020 shall be substituted; (ii) for the words, figures and letters 30th day of June, 2020 , the words, figures and letters 31st day of August, 2020 shall be substituted.
