Amendment in the Notification No. S.O. 193(E) dated 14th March, 1996 NOTIFICATION NO. 11066 DATED 10-9-1999 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clause ( b ) of the Explanation to section 35AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government on the recommendations of the National Committee hereby amends the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. S.O. 193(E) dated 14th March, 1996 [published at (1996) 131 CTR (St) 47], as follows, namely : In the said notification, in the table, against serial number 8 relating to Nootan Bharati, in column (3) relating to name of the project or scheme and estimated cost thereof, the following shall be added at the end, namely: (7) Preparation of website, preparation of floppy disk and publication of books.
