GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAX DIVISION) NOTIFICATION Jaipur, dated: December 20,2019 In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 5 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2019, made vide notification No. F.12(46)FD/Tax/2017-Pt.IV-20, dated the 28 th June, 2019, the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby appoints the 1st day of April, 2020, as the date from which the provisions of the said rule, shall come into force.
