Government of Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan Nava Raipur, Atal Nagar, District-Raipur Atal Nagar, the 19th November 2020 NOTIFICATION No. 49/2020 - State Tax No. F 10-83/2020/CT/V(121) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2020 (17 of 2020) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the State Government hereby appoints the 30th day of June, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 and 13 of the said Act, shall be deemed to have come into force.
