Extension of period of approved institution Notification No. 4787 Dated 27/8/1975 In continuation of Notification No. 525 (F. No. 203/49/73-ITA-II) dated 21st December, 1973*See [1974] 95 ITR (St.) 46, it is hereby notified for general information that the institution mentioned below has been approved by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi, the prescribed authority for the purposes of clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of section 35 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, for a further period of three years with effect from 1st April, 1975.
