Seeks to amend Notification No. F.12(46)FD/Tax/2017-Pt.V-152, dated the 30th March, 2020 - F.12(15)FD/Tax/2022-130 - Rajasthan SGST

GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAX DIVISION) NOTIFICATION Jaipur, dated: March 30, 2022 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in this department s notification No. F.12(46)FD/Tax/2017-Pt.V-152, dated the 30th March, 2020, namely :- In the said notification, in the first paragraph, with effect from the 1 st day of April, 2022, for the words fifty crore rupees , the words twenty crore rupees shall be substituted.
