Seeks to amend Notification No.F.1-11(91)-TAX/GST/2019(Part) dated the 8th March, 2019 - F.1-11(91)-TAX/GST/2022(Part-I) - Tripura SGST

GOVERNMENT OF TRIPURA FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAXES EXCISE) NO.F.1-11(91)-TAX/GST/2022(Part-I) Dated, Agartala, the 16th July, 2022 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tripura Act No. 9 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Tripura in the Finance Department, No.F.1-11(91)-TAX/GST/2019 (Part), dated the 8 th March, 2019, published in the Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary issue, vide number 548, dated the 8 th March, 2019, namely :- In the said notification, in the TABLE, against serial number 4, for the entry in column (3), the entry Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks shall be substituted. 2.
